Here I Come to Save the Day!
We are officially moved.
We now live in Lawrence, Kansas.
I am pretty sure I love Lawrence, Kansas.
We are getting our new place in order. We are pre-fab apartment sellouts. I heart being a pre-fab apartment sellout. I love that when you clean something here, it looks clean. Not just slightly less dirty. We have a walk-in closet. We have a fridge with no duct tape holding it together. We have a guest room instead of a guest couch. I feel like we won the lottery.
I’d like you to come visit.
We will add our own flavor to this place to remove the pre-fab apartment soul-lessness; don’t you fret.
I start school in two weeks.
I start my class to learn how to teach in one week.
I become my nephew Lyrik’s godmother on Sunday.
Samaire Alice turns one on Saturday! And she’ll be in Kansas, which I am loving.
I hope Netflix delivers my Season 1 True Blood episodes today. I am missing Sookie and Bill.
Oh, and I’ve rediscovered my blog. It felt awesome to not blog for a few months. Now it feels awesome to be back.

Welcome back… the interwebs have missed you. Can’t wait to see you two tomorrow! woo-hoo. And we’ll have to hash out a time when we can see the new place, maybe Sunday on our way back from Topeka, or maybe we’ll just come move in since you have this whole other room. We only need one anyway.
And at some point, you and I will have to hit up Aggieville together, it totally won’t be weird because you’ll be a student. Not a creepy, 10-year-removed alumni like myself.

it was awesome to see you. i miss you so much. i can’t wait for some dedicated mccall-johnson time! maire loved seeing you, and was sad after you left a bit.
